They have a nurse on duty all the time, so you can go all the way up to actually needing nursing care. One of the residents said she is very happy living there. I talked to a couple of residents while I was waiting for the executive director to come out. It's clean, appeared to be well managed, and the people seemed happy. They had assisted living and independent living. If you don't show up for a meal, they're gonna knock on your door just to make sure you're OK. She tries to meet with all of her tenants every day. I like the fact that they check on you every day, including the executive director I talked to. If you want independent living or if you want assisted living, all services are there. For an increase in fee, you can have the nursing checking on you. She was very independent and took care of herself. You could be very independent, like the lady I talked to. The bathrooms were a good size and big enough for at least a tub shower. I only saw a couple of rooms, and they were kind of small (but they weren't jail cells). It was immaculate, well maintained, and clean. They've got spacious rec room with pool table, library, TV, and game tables. They had free laundry, but you do it yourself. Even with Covid, they eat in the dining room, but they're separated. If you don't like what's on the menu, there's always an available type menu they have specials at night. She tries to cook tasteful meals every day. Meals are included, but they have their own chef.
